The Moon Opera

Kinesisk dansedrama

Intro

Kinesiske tradisjoner møter moderne dans i The Moon Opera av Yabin Wang.

The Moon Opera er deres sjuende forestilling.

Pga sykdom vil Peng Ying  erstatte Yabin Wang i rollen som Xiao Yanqiu 21. og 22.10

Gjestespillet er en del av CODA-festivalen.

Chinese and contemporary dance as Yin and Yang... an amazing performance!

The Moon Opera, which I'd rather call the moon dreamer, is a story about love. Set in the traditional Chinese classic opera of Chang'e Flying to the Moon, it tells a modern-day love story of a woman constantly struggling with her dreams and harsh realities.
